The credit for Mr [redacted] was run thru todayI am not sure how long his credit card company will take to put it back on his card, but it will batch up tonightThank you for all your help to resolve this [redacted] , Weldmart Online

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] my mig adapters I have ppictures taken from my mig gun I even explained that I didn't wanted to send my mig gun but he insisted that I have to send it all so he can machine me one which he never didHe said he needs my old attachments so he can attached them to the new mig gunHe NEEDS TO send my attachments back I have sent you pics of everything he haven't send me yetIm tired of his games

Complaint: Response taken via telephone:I am rejecting this response because: I have sent all the documentation requested several times to get my refund and/or the mig gun but I have not received anything as of today He has been avoiding my emails and phone calls

This is my 5th time I sent him as you told me to. I sent all info so here are the pics of those letters so you can see as well. I am rejecting this response because: In response to his vague arguments he never made no gun since he admitted he doesn't have a ergoplus 25, which is still on sale on weldmart webpage (  https://www.weldmart.com/airco%20ergo%20mig%20gun%20id%20page.htm ) in 3 different sizes   unique parts" that only fits airco dipstick 160,  the ergo 25 mig gun has been on his site for sale for a long time. I been saving my money I had email and contact him few months before I even made a purchase, the item where he also assured he carries all parts for these type of welders. That was the only reason why I TRUST HIS WORD, I  asks about price and shipping charges, which ON TOP he make me paid for extra shipping when he asked me for my gun, I ASKED [redacted] "why would you want my old gun since you told me you have these complete for sale ? I even email him that which I saved a copy of that e-mail "  he didnt want to make no nut "that his ergo mig gun has included when purchase" also in charge of item he promised it would be by my house no longer than monday from time of purchase which  was another lie. Its been over 29 days almost a month and no gun or refunds returned yet. On top of that when I last called him he didnt have no ergoplus guns available YET HIS ads online says the opposite(price, description, size, etc).  On top of that why is he asking me for a credit card? Doesnt he keep everything on file? Customer customer history etc he havent returned nothing yet or jave the decency of asking for my credit card info, I will e-mail it again.I'm done arguing with [redacted] I want my mig gun back exactly as I sent it and my money back! To process a  refund on a credit card we must have the following:1. Credit card number.2. Experiation date of the card3. The 3 digit on the back of the card.4. Complete names on the card.5. Billing address for the credit card.To assure that this information stays private we asked that this information be mailed to us. If this information is send to us via emailwe cannot assure security.At this time we do not have the informaion required (by Law) to move forward. Untill we get the proper information, our hands are tied. We donot have all the information to process the refund.

Mr. [redacted]'s items were shipped to him on Thursday (11/17/16) and should arrive soon.
