Weldon Landscaping & Snow Plowing

Terrible terrible service. Doesn’t come when he should to plow. You have to call him even though there is a signed contract saying he will come twice a day when there’s two or more inches of snow- after I called ( and he was extremely RUDE) and he came- half the snow was in front of my garage. He pushes snow in my neighbors driveway which I complained about last year. The only reason I signed another contract is because of the pathetic letter he sent out with the contracts acknowledging his service was sub par last year- it’s worse this year. He also requests his customers put 5 star reviews online, I’m guessing most of the 5 stars are because of that. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Contract with at your own risk!

Weldon did a beautiful job transforming our backyard. The team was very professional and respectful. Uncontrollable weather made the job take longer (no fault of theirs!) but they were in constant communication letting us know how their timeline was changing. I would definitely recommend their services.

Mike and his team came through for us on short notice after a storm took a giant tree down in my backyard. They made a tough job look easy and left my yard looking immaculate. If you want a landscaping job done right at a fair price give Weldon Landscaping a call.

They were easy to get in contact with. I had huge list of things that needed done. They kept in contact with me about the weather updates and when they finished the job it was even better than I could have imagined. They went above and beyond and did an incredible job! I will be recommending them to everyone I know and using them throughout the year.

Mike and his guys do an amazing job. From snow removal to yard work. I wouldn't call anyone else! 110% satisfaction!

This company is terrible. They don't properly track the services that were actually performed such as grass cuts and leaf removal late in the fall. I was charged for leaf removal on a warm day at the end of December when I was already under contract with them for snow removal. You can tell when there's a pile in the front yard that the leaves were done and I was charged on several occasions when it clearly didn't happen. Plus they lost a check that I sent in the mail and accused me of having a past due bill. Horrible service. Will be finding someone else in the future.

I wish I could review the service but I can only review the LACK of service. We are new to the area and read good reviews. Also got the flyer in our door and it was a good price. We called once, Mike answered the phone "yeah?".. kinda rude but okay. Asked to be put on the plow route. He said he'd drop off a contract. Never did, so we called a week later. Same tone, same answer. Another week and still no contract. I guess we will be calling elsewhere ? Not sure why you would drop your flyer if you didn't want the business....

Continually cut my grass way to low, never repaired damaged grass from snow plowing, we corresponded through voice mail/mail, I am not a satisfied customer and cannot recommend to anyone in need of service.

I was having a difficult time finding a landscaper to come to my home to do trimming, weeding and mulching. I put a post on Facebook and Mike was the first person to respond. He came to my home immediately and gave me an estimate. I had many other landscapers reach out to me, but I decided to go with Mike and I'm so glad I did! He kept his word and came when he said he would, did a great job and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!

During last winter Mike or one of his drivers destroyed a patch of my lawn about 20 feet by 2 feet. The markers that were in the ground meant nothing to the driver. When Mike was over in April he saw the destruction and told me it would be taken care of.. It never was. All my calls went to a answering machine and messages left were never responded to. I finally gave up last week and had a Professional Landscaper fix it to the tune of $ 130.There is no way I could ever recommend him for anything. .

This company is amazing. I didn't have a contract with him and I was stuck in my driveway. He came immediately and helped me get my car out and cleaned my driveway. He was priced very reasonable and didn't charge me extra for the emergency help. Superb job. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Weldon Landscaping at the end of 2017 to do some leaf clean-up, trimming several perennial grasses and one final cut. I was expecting our landscaper at the time to perform this work, but was informed that their equipment had just been put away for the year. Weldon came out the following week (between snows) and got the job done. They did a great job and I can't say enough about their professionalism.

Mike is very reliable and him and his crew do a fantastic job whether it is plowing or landscaping. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use there services for a long time! Thanks for all you do!!

I recently moved into new construction in Highland Heights. When the first major snow fall of the season hit I realized I did not have a snow plow service. I asked for recommendations and a few friends said call Mike W. Not only did he provide a quick quote, but was out later that morning. He even called me after to let me know he had done the work but was concerned that he could not mark off the drive way the way he would like. His attention to the little details and the quality of the work re-enforced we made the right decision for the plowing service. When I put my landscaping in this spring, I will call Mike W first. I highly recommend Mike Weldon landscaping.

I’ve had nothing but a really good experience with Mike, Owner of Weldon Landscaping. They maintain the yard in the summer, clean up the leaves in the fall, and plow the drive in the winter. The yard has never looked better because they spend the time and care for the edging and corners. The pricing is very reasonable for my area, and I’m ready for more yardwork projects like installation of pavers and tree-cutting. Thank you, Weldon!

Mike and his crew have been providing exceptional landscape services for our home and my in-law's for the past 4 years. The employees are all very professional and courteous. Mike does a great job! My lawn has never been greener!! The trees and bushes are nearly picture perfect every time! Very reasonable prices and quotes. Would strongly recommend his snow plowing services as well. Never had any problems with our driveway....if there was a lot of snow Weldon's company handled it very well (unlike my previous plow guy). Id give them an all around 9.5 on the 10 scale. Positive . Their service is excellent . They put a new lawn in my backyard which would never grow . I had it seeded in the spring by someone else and it wasn't successful. The lawn Weldon's put in
came up in one week and looks beautiful .They helped me with my hoses and many other things I had difficulty with .They trimmed my tree because the front lawn wasn't getting any sun . No other co. brought that to my attention .They were courteous , on time and returned my phone calls . I would highly recommend them.

Mike has been doing our snowplowing for several years. Recently we had them tear out all our old bushes and start to renovate our beds. His crew worked so hard, were polite and a pleasure to deal with. They left the yard spotless. Definitely would hire them again and recommend them for snowplowing and any landscaping needs.

Just had my new construction home landscaped by Mike and his crew. Super easy To work with and knows their stuff. I would absolutely recommend to any of my friends or family. Well priced too!!!! Highly recommend!

Delayed complaint but time hasn’t made me less upset. Mike Weldon plowed my driveway winter 2016. He did a good job. My previous landscaper was excellent but only cut grass. Mike said not only would he cut grass, but he would trim the bushes/trees, and fertilize the grass thus making it easier for me. I hired him and he told me to call him upon my return from vacation to set a date to trim the evergreens and he would cut the grass while I was gone. My only request was that upon my return I would need the day of the week he would cut grass so I could make sure my dogs were not in the yard. I called him on May 1, 2017 to schedule a time to trim the evergreens and to find out why my grass had not been cut. He never returned my calls nor did he respond to my messages. Not only was it very unprofessional, but it left me scrambling to find someone else. If he wasn’t able to or didn’t want to do my landscaping, he should have the decency to tell me. The whole situation is unacceptable for a person in business, especially since I had been a prior customer for snow plowing.
