Hello. I had terrible experience with this automotive service. When I asked about price for service it was one price, but it is increased since service was done. When I noted that, manager was very rude and not professional. And after all of this, I still have light on dash , that I need to change oil. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their service.

The rudest place I've been to in a long time I ask to get emissions and while telling me were to park walks away angrily saying great it's raining good timing the wen he yells because I parked wrong cause I could not hear wen he's walking away talking like he just wants it done I ask why he has an attitude and he says I'm not going to do this for u and storms into his store

Review: I called and asked for the charge for an alignment and they told me $99 for a 4-wheel alignment. I took my car there for a 4-wheel alignment and the the car stopped there and would not start so they pushed it in their stall and performed what I was told a 4-wheel alignment and was billed for a 4-wheel alignment.

When they finished my car would not start so they pushed it out their stall into their lot and told me it would not start. I understood because the car was older and had been in storage for 3-4 years so I figured it was the battery or the starter.

I had the car towed to a shop that has more experience working on european cars to check why it would not start. Sure enough it was the starter so they fixed it. When I went to pick it up they asked me why the car was so dirty and dusty. I told them it had been in storage and I had a 4-wheel alignment done at another shop. The service technician told me there was no way a 4-wheel alignment was done to the car because all the bolts underneath required for adjusting were rusted and locked. The technician then took me out to the garage and showed me under my car where there was no way any work was performed for a 4-wheel alignment with the existing bolts being rusted and locked.

So I called Welk's and talked to [redacted] and asked him if they indeed did a 4-wheel alignment on my car. He said he rememberd my car and said yes they did complete a 4-wheel alignment on my car. I then went on to explain to him what a certified tech showed me under my car and that there was no way an alignment was done. [redacted] then backpeddled and indicated they did half the alignment because the bolts were too rusty to adjust on the rear. I asked what was half an alignment and why was I charged the full price. I told him they could have put notes on the invoice explaining the work and what was done but all the invoice said was 4-wheel alignment completed.

I asked for a refund since the work was not done and they failed to detail why hoping it would go undiscovered. [redacted]s response was very vague and he offered $20 as my refund because he claimed his repair guy put some time working on the car. I reiterated I was charged full price ($99) for work not done and that my invoice indicated the work was fully completed. I just asked for a full refund and I would take my car elsewhere in the future. [redacted] refused sternly with no apology and said he forgot to add notes to the invoice and forgot to tell me he did not complete the work he billed me for.Desired Settlement: Refund for billing for a serice that was not performed
