Complaint: ***
Thank you for getting the warranties to us, with all the details filled in
I am rejecting this response because:
The itemized bill did not have a break down of for the Solar Tube and labor, which I need for tax purposes
Also on the itemized bill, was an item listed as a Finance Fee, which not disclosed on the bidI would like clarification on this fee.
Sincerely,*** ***

Dear *** ***
As of today 12/30/Mrs*** has received her request via e-mail,as well as hard copy that was mailed todayThis was for an additionalbreakdown of said items (solar tube) as well as an explanation of thefinance fee our company paid to the lender that offered the sixmonths no interest no payment loan and the credit card processingfee associated with the loan the *** requested
We are concerned about this complaint, Mrs*** has posted againstour company as we have tried to accommodate her every request in atimely fashionAnd to review, we did register her warranties on lineafter completion of the job, and at a later date she requested "Hardcopies of the warranties, one of the manufactures took a very longtime to get them to us, which we mailed immediately upon receivingthemThe itemization of the job was requested at a much later timeand as per our phone conversation, she was fine with us putting theitemization in the mail when we received the hard copies of thewarranties
Our company believes customer service is why we have never had acomplaint in fifteen years of business and thousands of customerscompletely satisfied with our products and services

RE: [redacted] and [redacted]Case #[redacted]Boise, Idaho 83703Our company and the [redacted] signed a contract on 7/23/16, we were not asked for a breakdown ofthe job cost until sometime after the work had been completed[redacted] mentions we also startedone week late, I had originally talked
to her an gave her an estimated delivery date on herwindow order, the windows did come in a week later than the factory's ESTIMATEDDELIVERY DATE, our contract specifically states we can not be held responsible formanufacture delaysThe extra window is not in our contract and again brought up to thesalesman after the contract was signed and he was walking out the doorMark did tell the [redacted]that we did have many windows in the warehouse, and we would see if we had one theapproximate size for their air conditioner, and if we did, they could make a side deal with theinstaller to install itAt a later date I went to the job sit to check the progress they asked meabout the window, and I did inform them we had something close to the size and would sell it tothem, but they would have to pay the installer to install it, [redacted] agreedThe [redacted] warrantieswere registered after completion of the job online as most warranties are registered online, andthat she should be looking for something from the manufacture possibly in spam or junk mail. This is when [redacted] requested a breakdown of the job, and now wanted hard copies of thewarranties sent with the breakdo·wn, I told her we could do that, but we were out of hard copy ofthe roofing materials, I informed her that I would request some, but did not know how long itwould take before they were in, she said fineThey came in this week and were sent today alongwith a breakdown of the job
Thank You,John S[redacted]
