I would like to retract my complaint previously filed regarding Midstate Auto Group due to an issue I have with the salesmanVinny l the finance manager made sure the issue was rectifiedI purchase a vehicle today and am now currently very happy with the situationPlease disregard my most recent complaint filed on the Revdex.com website

I have purchase cars over the last years and both were from Mid State Auto GroupBrian Lindsey, my salesman, was beyond outstanding! He called and made sure I was coming in, took care of all of the paperwork before my arrival and made the entire experience easy and extremely positiveThey make you feel like they value your businessBrian Lindsey has done that for me on separate occasions and thats what makes me recommend him and Mid State Auto Group to my friends and family

I was looking for a minivan so I called Brian at mid state auto. He said he didn't have what I was looking for but he would call me back. WITH IN an hour he called had a van he thought I might like. I went next day looked at van, it was perfect, just what I wanted. My credit was not good they worked hard on it and I was on my way iny new van! Brian was professional and listened to me about what I was looking for ,never tried to get me to look at anything else. When shopping for my next vehicle no doubt I will go see Brian?

I call Midstate Auto Group after I have received the pre-approval letter for a car loan at their dealership. I asked for the gentleman that was listed on the letter that I was told to ask for but the person who answered the phone Bryan said he could help me. It's only my phone a car listed on his website but I was interested in. He took my information and emailed me back to tell me I needed a cosigner. So I got a cosigner. He kept telling me he was trying to reach my cosigner via phone and they weren't answering. Which was untrue because I was there. I finally had to call and do a three-way phone call to get the information needed 2 complete the application. I told him I would be by on Sunday to test drive the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He told me to come for 4 p.m. because that's the only time he had open. When I arrived he was with other clients. Said he'd be right with me. Another salesman offered me the keys to the vehicle so I could check it out which I did. I asked for a plate so I could take it for a ride on the main road. Brian told me since the application has been completed there's no sense in me taking it for a test drive. I stated that was the reason I drove all the way out to Auburn was to test drive vehicle. After an hour and a half of driving the vehicle around the dealership lot I pretty much had to demand a plate so I could take it on the road. Brian was still with the client from earlier and never even sat down with me to discuss anything. He finally got a plate for me and asked another salesman to go with me on a test drive. The salesman refused and said he was busy words were exchanged that we're not very professional. I took the car by myself for a quick ride and was interested. The price listed on their website was 10K. Explained the vehicle was extremely overpriced according to KBB and nada and the loan would not be approved for a vehicle that was not worth the price. It was then told by Brian he was going to sell it to me for 6 k. I spoke with the bank and was approved. 24 hours went by and I never heard from Brian. Anxiously awaiting to hear from him I decided to email him. He then tells me I'm not approved. It did not understand this because I've just gotten off the phone with the bank. He stated I needed a cosigner which I had. He emails me to tell me I wasn't approved for enough money to cover the purchase of the vehicle which is now 7K. I sent an email to the owner and have yet to hear back. I found this dealership to be very unprofessional and have no desire to do business with them

I have purchase 2 cars over the last 3 years and both were from Mid State Auto Group. Brian Lindsey, my salesman, was beyond outstanding! He called and made sure I was coming in, took care of all of the paperwork before my arrival and made the entire experience easy and extremely positive. They make you feel like they value your business. Brian Lindsey has done that for me on 2 separate occasions and thats what makes me recommend him and Mid State Auto Group to my friends and family.
