because: The contract is between myself and the business owner and not the business owner and my insurance companyThis would be an Breach of contract on his part as the deposit for the initial work was from myself and mortgage companyThe business owner is not a direct repair facility with USAA and he did not have a contract with USAAI am a former employee of USAA and I know the claims process of which his work had not been completed/satisfiedThe funds that were issued by my insurance agent were to myself and the mortgage company therefore he must settle the dispute accordinglyIf he would like I can take pictures of the paint job that I will have to have completed again as his workers used gloss finish rather than a matte finishI have records of the dates that I have contacted him and he has failed to respond and asked for more time to return the fundsWhen contacted again he does not respond until I have filed complaints in this forum
