They're pretty good', I use them quite a bit the only beef I have with them is if they're out of a product they''ll send the package anyway without asking you if first if you wanted to replace it with a different brand or size of product or just wait until they got the stock in before sending it off thats why Im giving 4 stars. I did have an essential oil bottle half leak out once and they refunded the full purchase price so that was nice.
