I had Wellcare for years THEN things started changing I had a dental infection causing HEP A develop after several deep cleanings were done to stop the gum bleedingIt was recommended I go for implants and I had medical letter and dental letters to that effect at the timeI called about the location to see if it was in networkThe doctor was and I was told it would be coveredI went, had the work done and used my credit card to cover the billTHEN, Wellcare was sent all the paperwork This was about Sept Yesterday I got a letter from Wellcare saying they are denying payment They say I can submit all the same paperwork and they'll reconsider Of course I will BUT they should not have told me they would cover this !! I feel cheated and mistreated I changed carriers over this ($18,000)
