I took my three children to this salon for a retwist, shampoo, condition and style--which they explained to me was included in the price I brought extra clips that they would need They charged me for all three, $but they didn't shampoo or condition on two of the children They also charged me for a dye and style, but only dyed my hairThey charged me the full price but didn't perform all the services
