*** *** called in at the end of July because her air conditioning unit was making aloud noiseMy office contacted, the home warranty company, *** ***, to get a service tech setupHe was suppose to be there on August 2, 2014, apparently, he showed and no one was home, so he left a
door hanger to re-schedule*** claims her daughter was there and did not hear anyone at the door*** notified me again, so, we sanother call for August 8, with the same tech from * ** ***According to ***, he did not show upI called their office but no one would answerThen the tech called around 6:30pm the next day and said he was minutes away and *** said she had dinner plans and went into an abusive, vulgar tirade due to his lack of serviceSo, he said he would not tolerate this abuse and would not service the unitHe then called the owner, *** and ***, in Maine to tell her of the eventsI received a call from *** and Ms*** that eveningMs*** was appalled at the conversation between *** and the tech*** even used some racial overtones when I spoke to her about the techIt was agreed that we would contact the home warranty company again to establish another service call with a different company on the following Tuesday.On August 12,2014, *** * *** *** contacted *** to service the unit on August 13,around noonApparently, *** went into another verbal tirade with *** of *** * ***,because the time wasn't good enough and she wanted same day serviceWhen *** said that she could not do same day, *** told her to cancel the appointment on August 13, and that she could have her own service company do the jobThe next day on August 13, 2014, *** of *** * *** receives a call from *** as to why they didn't show up for the appointment*** explained that she canceled the appointment because *** told her that she would have her own HVAC company repair the unit*** then went into a very abusive, vulgar tirade*** then told her that there was no way they would ever come to the property to service the unit with her there*** then called Ms*** in Maine and explained the situationMs*** then called me and was in disbelief as to what happened a second time with trying to schedule a time to service the unitThe day before on August 12, 2014, the unit finally quit working and *** was without air conditioningMs***, the landlord, instructed me to call *** *** *** to repair the unit immediatelyI contacted *** ***, the owner of *** *** *** and asked him to immediately go to the property and repair the unitHe did so around 2:30pm that dayI called *** and told her that he's coming and not to say anything and cooperate fully as we were all fed up with her actionsShe had stated that she had dogs and a cat, which only dogs were allowedShe had no approval for the cat, a violation of the leaseShe also stated she was concerned for her pets and her medications because it was getting warm in the houseI asked if she could stay at a friends or take the dogs to her mothers and she said no.I don't know what her problem was or isShe definitely has a temper or medical disorder,which, requires her medicationHer treatment of these employees of these companies along with her verbal outbursts to my office staff are unacceptableShe even called my offices trying to apologize to the staff.I have agreed to refund $to *** for a refund for carpet cleaning/tile cleaning, which, is suppose to be charged to her in the lease agreement, along with the $HOA trash can fine for leaving her trash cans out too long.I sent a letter to *** via e-mail on March 25, explaining that we were willing to refund the $We did not receive an answerIn the Revdex.com complaint, we found that *** had changed her e-mail address by one characterI re-sent the letter and offer to her at the new e-mail address on April 15,There has not been a response.The offer of $was made to resolve this matterOur company is offering this money, not the landlord/ownerI do not hold a ownership interest in the property that she rentedI am not responsible for refunding her anymore money as the landlord/owner, ***ann ***, made the decision to use an outside vendor to repair the air conditioning and to deduct the $from ***'s depositMs*** has suffered damages, because of ***'s actions, as the repair would have been paid for by the home warranty companyIf *** disagrees, she would need to seek relief from Ms*** in small claims court as she is the responsible party, according to The Arizona Landlord & Tenant ActMy roll is simply the" Middle Man" , acting as agent for Ms***.See the attached letters and offer on March 25, and April 15, 2015.My office has attempted to send a response to the Revdex.com by via their website, which, every time we do so, the response disappeared and a bulletin showed up from the Revdex.com explaining that there has been a failure and to contact them or to try other methods for respondingWe have chosen to directly fax this response to the Revdex.com.Sincerely, *** ***, BrokerProperty Manager Weller Realty & Management

I paid a non-refundable pet deposit of $400.00. I am offended by that implication. All medicines are to be kept under 80 degrees and it was over 100 degrees in the house for several hours. That's not acceptable for pets either.

Our company is offering this money, not the landlord/owner. I do not hold a ownership interest in the property that she rented. I am not responsible for refunding her anymore money as the landlord/owner, [redacted]ann [redacted], made the decision to use an outside vendor to repair the air conditioning and to deduct the $490 from [redacted]'s deposit. Ms. [redacted] has suffered damages, because of [redacted]'s actions, as the repair would have been paid for by the home warranty company. If [redacted] disagrees, she would need to seek relief from Ms. [redacted] in small claims court as she is the responsible party, according to The Arizona Landlord & Tenant Act.
