I hired these men to put a roof on my home ! I found these men to be men of their word which is rare these days ! Hire these men they will not disappoint you !

Weller Roofing contacted us on Tuesday, September 16, to say they would completely tear off that section of the roof, find the problem, and fix it by Friday, September 19, No offer was made to fix the damage inside the houseNo one came out on Wednesday or ThursdayMrs [redacted] took off work on Friday, September 19, in anticipation of the promised roof repairNo one cameThis is the information that we reported to the Revdex.com when we were asked about the follow-up Our next contact from Weller Roofing was on October 20, Brandon stated that some one did indeed come out on September 29, (days after the promised deadline) This person (I think he said his name was Chris.) fixed or replaced or shinglesThere is no physical evidence of any work done, but replacing a couple of shingles, if done correctly, would not leave any obvious evidence, so we were not aware of itAlso, this is not the repair that was promisedThis was our only contact from Weller in October No offer was made in October to fix the inside damage No offer at all had been made to fix the inside damageNovember 6, 2014, a phone message was left offering to fix the inside damageThis is the only phone call we have received offering to do the inside repairsWe do not know if the roof is truly repairedIt only leaks when we have storms from the south or east with high windsOur recent storms have been from the north and westWe are experiencing some technical difficulties that have delayed returning the November phone message, but we will call them soonThank you for your attention to our long standing roof problem

However, they did contact us and gave us the phone number of Brandon, who actually does the repairs. I called him on Monday, November 17th, and arranged to take off work on Thursday and Friday, November 20th and 21st so that he could do the interior repairs. He agreed to come out on Thursday from 9:00-10:am. I called him back, again, and told him that I was concerned that one hour might not be long enough to do the repair since the damage is more extensive that just a few cracks. He seemed confident that this would not be a problem. We're still not one hundred per cent sure that the leak is fixed, because we have not had a hard rain from the South, but at least we seem to be making some progress

I received the Revdex.com message about the complaint being closed. I wanted you to know that they did come out and work on the interior repairs. This took visits. Although they missed one appointment because they forgot what the date was, they did complete the repairs on Saturday 11/29/14. There have been no further leaks, so the issue is resolved. Weller Roofing has tried to contact Mr. [redacted] multiple times, leaving messages, to set up a time to repair the interior damage.  We have yet to receive a return call.  We are happy to fix any interior damage related to the leak.  e are under the impression the leak is repaired, as we have had multiple storms since the repair was made.  We try to resolve any and all complaints for our customers.  If Mr [redacted] would like to contact me directly, at 513-535-3232, I can have his interior repairs scheduled within 3 business days.  Thank you!
