I stand by my responseI explain the difference between a filler and a collagen stimulator to every patient who comes in for the procedure and educate them about appropriate indications to use each one.It has been my method for nearly twenty years and has served my patients wellAll of my patients are given multiple opportunities to ask questions[redacted] ,MD

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***[This is not the truth he did not spend significant time with me, maybe minutes. He also never mentioned collagen stimulator, I would Never accept that I wanted Fillers!!!He never reviewed any procedure with me again I would Never accept Collagen stimulator, and I mentioned that to his secretary when I called the day after that I wanted Fillers. There was no discussion of benefits and drawbacks, this is all a lie because I called the next day and said it's gone all gone, there's nothing there anymore. Why would I call if I knew it did that..Because he didn't tell me that..When he finished with the injections he went to the door and said in 6wksyou should see a little less..I thought that was strange..less?? And then he said and it's not fillers!!.Which goes to show you I still thought it was a filler and why? because he never explained it wasn't, and if he did I Never wld of accepted this product!! Also mutiple request to come in I Dont think so!! I called him 3x and every time I spoke to the secretary, the last time she tried to consult with me and I told her she wasn't a doctor and she said he was in surgery. They have Never made any attempts to call me Never!! .] I sent a pic thru email when I woke up with the swollen black and blue eye on the 2nd day after..and all she said he said was to put ice on it for days.Never a word from them I made all the calls..This is all lies no communication on his part and refusal to accept the fact that he didn't inform me of any of this.. Regards,

When Ms. [redacted] came to see me, I spent a significant amount of time educating her about the difference between a filler and  a collagen stimulator.   She was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions about the procedure and alternatives.  At the end of the consultation we gave...

the patient a brochure that had all of the information discussed with her, in written form.   Between the consultation and the procedure day the patient had amble opportunity to familiarize herself with the information and call the office with any questions.   In addition when Ms. [redacted] came to the office for the procedure I reviewed the procedure, its benefits and drawbacks and she was made aware, again, that more than one session may be required to achieve the desire results.   The patient indicated to me that she understood what we were to do and had no additional questions.   Also despite multiple requests the patient has not come in for any follow up appointments.Since the procedure was performed in good faith and in line with existing indications and standards, I feel that a refund is not warranted.   Sincerely, [redacted], MD

And I stand by my response Collagen Stimulator I was never told and I would Never Accept!!Right after he injected me he walked to the door and said in 6wks you should see a Little less.I thought to myself less??why? Then he said "And it's not Fillers! I kept on calling it fillers because I was never told it wasn't..4hours later it was all gone , I couldn't believe it.I called the next morning and talked to his secretary asking where it went and she started to talk about 6wks..I told her I wanted Fillers and she said but they only last 8 months and I said that was great..that's what I wanted! I was never given that option! If he had mentioned collagen stimulators why would I  call and ask where it went?? Because he didn't talk about any of this!!! He can stick with his Lie and I will stick with the 'Truth'..
