Unfortunately, when you purchase a vehicle that is no longer manufactured, that was deemed a lemon (buyback) from the previous owner - issues such as this can ariseVehicles such as this with branded titles pose risks, which should have been disclosed to youby the used car dealer that you purchased
it fromWe do apologize that it has taken longer than expected to resolve the issues with your ***. However, the resources and technical support from the manufacturer to resolve this issue - the same issue that the previous owner had experienced, have been onestep below lousy. The reality of it is, after it was bought back - this vehicle should have never been resold. Your complaint with the Revdex.com should have been directed to *** ** *** -(not Wellesley VW) as it was ultimately their decision to authorize this vehicle to be resold, without having the necessary resources to fix the complex issues that have plagued this vehicle since day one. The vehicle is ready to be picked up and is considered to be at this point "in full working order"

Mr. [redacted] and I had corresponded via email a few times shortly after he had picked up his vehicle, however I have not heard back from him since. I had asked him to stop in for a brief chat with me, in hopes that we can put this matter to rest. The original repair was quoted and approved by Mr....

[redacted] at $3200, we did bring the total bill down to $2772 - a discount of $428. He was also not charged for the loaner vehicle. We do regret the measures that were taken to retrieve the loaner vehicle, and an apology was made on our behalf. Given the amount of time he had the vehicle and lack of correspondence on his behalf, our options at that point were limited. There were a few key pieces of information missing from the complaint that he had filed with the Revdex.com, regarding the requests of returning the loaner car. However, at this point it's water under the bridge. As I said, we would prefer to put the matter to rest. Moving forward, I will be happy to assist Mr. [redacted] personally with any discounts on repairs or maintenance that is needed on his vehicle, and go above and beyond to ensure that his faith it restored in our dealership.

When the client responded that he had received a better offer at a different dealer, the F & I manager ran a more detailed credit report to ensure that we were providing the best rate possible in order to be competitive. The credit release form that the client signed is good for up to 30...

days. Multiple inquiries for the same transaction should only count as one single inquiry. Typically, when shopping rates around for either a home or auto loan, there will be several inquiries made in order to get the best possible rate. If the client feels as though these inquiries have affected his credit for more than one single transaction, he can write to the credit bureaus and request that the multiple/duplicate credit inquiries be removed.
