Hello I have spoken with the business againThey assured me they will deliver as promised with results in 1-business days, which would be by tomorrowAs such I am removing the complaint but would still like to make the business aware that arranging to show up as "same daytesting" is misleading Any place anywhere you can go into a quest and get same day testingI understand it doesn't say same day results but when people are in s panic they will call thinking there is a chance to get same day testing - which to me first indicated testing and resultsThey didn't promise me same day results but I found out from me dr that she could've given me turnaround of days for free with insuranceThat said, I'd like to remove the complaint but still request that they change the google search result from "same day"Thk you
