My fiends and I submitted the insurance waiver on the website exactly followed the instruction. Two of us received the waiver approval email but one guy and me never received the confirmation or even pending email. Called them and was told that they never received the request and even cannot simply check which insurance company I am using. We four did the same thing together and two of us did not send the request? It's hilarious. It's not our fault but your system's. Instead of finding a way to solve that problem, they kept saying we did not received the request! And one supervisor even said show us your proof you followed the instruction. Should I record it or invite a officer to see and write a report? Is that strong enough? Hilarious!!! Terrible company!!!
College student that was required to purchase health insurance not needed with federal funding.
College student that had a change in health insurance mid month (***, *** 2017). The health insurance required total payment with no pro-rating of premiums. The accounts for 15 days of fees charged to college student receiving federal funding from student loans. Attempted to address with multiple customer service representatives without assistance nor resolution.
