She signed a lease and put a deposit down. Her version is totally false. She changed her mind. When someone signs a legal document and puts down a deposit, they are legally bound. We had to turn someone else down because we were holding this apartment for her. She was
bound to her lease before we could release it. She stopped payment on her check - which is illegal. We are not mean enough to sue her, but her complaint is false. This is not an apartment complex - I am a single owner of it. We are not a big business. We have not finalized everything with the attorney to get back in contact with her as we've been in contact with the previous person who was wanting to rent. I believe this will work to her advantage in the end
