I priced out new tires for my truck, Terry was way overpricedI bought tires elsewhere and brought them to terry to install and balanceThe shop was cold, cluttered, dirty and just plain unsafe I loaded up the tires after they were done, into the back of my suvI drove min to my home, took the tires out of my suv and noticed the weights they installed to balance the wheels had fallen offI returned to their shop and watched the worker rebalance my wheels, using a dirty old t shirt he found on the ground to clean the wheelIt's no wonder why the weights didn't stickAppalled by the workmanship, I brought the wheels back home and cleaned and replied the weights myselfUpon installing the wheels on my truck, I noticed the valve stem cap missingI returned once more to have them replace the capTerry refused to replace it, he and his employees were very rudeThis is unacceptableTerry workmanship and customer serviceIt was a mistake doing business with wellington north tire

I loaded up the tires after they were done, into the back of my suv. I drove 5 min to my home, took the tires out of my suv and noticed the weights they installed to balance the wheels had fallen off. I returned to their shop and watched the worker rebalance my wheels, using a dirty old t shirt he found on the ground to clean the wheel. It's no wonder why the weights didn't stick. Appalled by the workmanship, I brought the wheels back home and cleaned and replied the weights myself. Upon installing the wheels on my truck, I noticed the valve stem cap missing. I returned once more to have them replace the cap. Terry refused to replace it, he and his employees were very rude. This is unacceptable. Terry workmanship and customer service. It was a mistake doing business with wellington north tire.
