Review: Wellington is contacted by [redacted] to change out meters on the outside of the home. Wellington employee came to my door in the beginning of December 2015. He advised me that he was going to change out my meter on the outside of the home. He said that they electric my shut of from 10 secs to 2 mins. About 2 mins the electric went off for about 20 to 25 seconds. The electric came back on. The man left. I went to use my phone and it did not work. I attempted to use my all in one computer to look up phone number for wind stream phone company. The computer did not turn on. I waited 3 hours to turn to use phone and computer still did not work. I took computer to by looked out. I was told inside that the computer was nonoperational and could not be repaired. The result of the fail of the computer could have been a lighting strick or damaged caused from the electric going off and then when it came back on.The same result was for the phone My conclusion is that it was not lighting or storming that day. The electric did go out that day when the meter was changed.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for replacement of the Dell All in One Computer and Panasonic phone system. The cost was around $1700 dollars. Copy of the report that includes picture employees name employees year that they were hired, how much training the employee had.
