Morning,In regards to Case Number ***, *** *** her rent is $***.00, I have attached her lease agreement which she signed on 11/18/her move in date.Rent is due on the 1st of every month and you have til the 5th to pay before late fees are applied.The morning of the 6th late fees are
applied, if no rent has been received her late fee is $*** (Please see lease agreement #5).If she has paid anything towards her rent and not the full balance we will charge **% of the remaining balance to save the tenant moneyMs.*** has a balance of $*** which is remainder of rent,late fee and her electricity.As far as the bed bugs goes Ms.*** has not been charged anything in regards to that issue and if she is experiencing any more activity we would be happy to treat (unfortunately the tenant does have to prepare for treatment).If you need further documentation or explanation I will be happy to oblige
