I will get this information to the responsible parties and investigate this further I have never know our technicians to use any methods that would incur such damage ***D&M Restoration

The 247.97 was for a clock we repaired for this customer and should be unrelated to the radio situation.  If the customer still wants us to change out the radio with the requested correct bluetooth module we can do that for him.  I am attaching the complete invoice for the clock for 247.97.  Originally it did have "radio" on the estimate sheet but that was a typo. Patrick D&M Restorationand would there be a charge for the change out? I just want to be clear before sending anything to the consumer. No charge.  That was a communication error and misunderstanding on my part.  Yes you can reopen and send to customer. Patrick D&M Restoration

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  The clock was not damaged by UPS, it was damaged at the repair shop.  It is obvious because the face of the clock was melted or had been exposed to a solvent of some sort. I have purchased another clock off [redacted] and the lens was fine and even requested and viewed other identical used clocks on [redacted] and all the lenses are perfect...except for mine, but it was when I shipped it.  Their receptionist called me and informed me that the clock couldn't be fixed, and that they needed a donor clock for parts.  They insured the clock for $200, but it was already damaged before it left there.  They are lying and passing the blame.  I want my $27 shipping refunded and $50 additionally for the clock I purchased on [redacted] so I could use the clear lens on mine.

We had his clock here for some time as our clock technician was working hard to find the right parts to repair this clock.  The customer called and requested the item back without work.   Unless an item is a warranty item with do not provide free shipping.   If the clock was received...

damaged it was the customers responsibility to call UPS and file a claim as we insure all our items going out via UPS.
