[redacted] Not only did they do false advertising and said they had products on their website and marketed themselves as having products that are not actually in implementation, the start up took 4 months when it was supposed to take 1. I was charged the whole time and also had to spend time and money in that period to fix a lot of the problems they created in their own set up with software and then also with our clients. Lastly, we have made a lot of returns via their data processing company that were never returned to us We have proof of this as our clients have brought in their CC statements and made charge backs as what was returned by us via the wellnessliving site was never returned to their account. . In addition, We stopped using the service in April and still have been charged by their processing company and are told we do not have a right to cancel as we are in a contract?! CONTRACT?! I was explicitly told we are not held to any contracts by wellnessliving and we did not have an option for CC processing. We have been lied to over and over lost a lot of money, and have had way too many headaches dealing with this company that cannot deliver what they advertise.
