Review: In early April of this year someone hacked into my email contact list and sent out email with attachments that sell a product called "Garcinia Cambogia". Every person in my contact list received two of these hacked, spam emails with the from column having my name in it. I tried to report it then but had no address for the sellers of Garcinia Cambogia. However today, I found it in Walmart and got the address of the company selling it.Desired Settlement: If hacking into one's email and sending out spam to all contacts is a crime then I would like Wellnx Life Sciences USA to be punished. The least I would like as an outcome is for them to stop this aggessive advertising practice and leave me alone. In one of their spam ads they claim to be members of Revdex.com. I would like to see them get a less than desirable rating from you.

I am in receipt of your complaint with the Revdex.com Delaware Office.

I have investigated this matter on your behalf and have found that there is a Company using our SLIMQUICK™ name. The product called “Doctor’s Original Slimquick” is not our product nor do we have a SLIMQUICK formula that contains Garcinia Cambogia currently. I have attached an image of the “Slimquick imposter product” as well as our packaging. Our website address is: www.myslimquick.com.

In today’s world of technology, the number of scams out there especially with Garcinia Cambogia, are endless. It is the newest “hot item” in weight-loss.

Would it be possible to forward me the email(s) that you received? I would like to investigate this further.

I am sorry that you and your family/friends on your contact list have been inundated with these emails, but I assure you that they most definitely did not originate from here as our Company would never send these kind of emails.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that their response is denial. I have no further proof that they were the ones that attacked my email contact list so I am willing to drop the issue. However if it happens again I will aggressively pursue the issue against the guilty parties.
