Wells Asphalt

I had my driveway done by Lenny Wells in I thought he charged me a fair price By the winter of 2013, major cracks were appearing, even though I sealed the driveway annually By winter 2014, a section of the driveway had broken up I had other asphalt companies come and they showed me that the asphalt was barely and inch thick, not the inches I had contracted Wells Asphalt to lay I contacted Lenny and asked him to come take a look, which he did He agreed that the broken apart area should have been thicker and that he would fix a section of the driveway even though the warranty was only for two years I thought that was very reasonable However, that was in May I contacted him in early September, and he promised to come to my house and work out a schedule He did not It is now October, and Wells Asphalt has not returned my at least 10+ calls since early September I am extremely disappointed I would not recommend any customer choose Wells, as I am sure that the entire driveway is nowhere near the asphalt depth for which I contracted There are multiple places throughout where there are major cracks and spots which have broken apart entirely

Review: The company did not finish work and when they left the premises they accidentally set fire to my retaining wall . Upon notifying the fire department and the companies owner he arrived at the scene and stated he would finish job on next business day and repair the wall .... Since then have not heard from him and have not had my calls returned ... Have to go through my home insurance to repair the damages he did and refuses to resolve .Desired Settlement: Repair damages and finish work they were asked to do and paid for.
