I took a gray suit in for cleaning and highlighted that there was a stain on the left sleeve I was assured that they could clean the stain and the store representative placed an orange colored tape over the stain so that they could address it I went in today to pick up the suit , paid the representative $14.75, and then noticed that there is no longer a stain on the left sleve, but there is a burnt area of fabric near where the stain was located I complained to the representative and he stated that they could not take responsibility for this burnt fabric I demanded that they reimburse me for the suit which was $ *** ***, and less than a year old I was neither given my money for the cleaning nor the cost of the suit I demand that they reimburse me the $which was the cost of the suit
