Bachman Subaru replaced the front axle on my car in 8/ Axle had been defective but not leaking oil After repair by Bachman the axle continually leaked oil I brought the car back to Bachman on FIVE subsequent occasions for repair and the axle continued to leakApparently, they were unwilling or unable to find the cause of the leak Finally I took the car to another shop where it was found that the cause of the leak was a retainer ring that had been gouged This was repaired at a cost of $
I cannot prove that Bachman damaged the part during the axle repair, but it did not leak prior to the work done by Bachman
Further, Bachman wasted my time on trips to them for a repair that was not done right
I believe that Bachman performed incompetent and unmerchantable work on my car
Finally, I wrote to Bachman about this issue and received no response

I was in the process of car shopping, I took a look at inventory at this establishment onlineOnce I entered their website and clicked on the "new" car that I was interested in, a window popped up advertising a $gift card if you went into the establishment and test drove a carI entered all of my information and later received a code to show the sales team once I arrive at the dealershipLater that week I set up an appointment to go test drive said vehicleOnce I got there I showed the sales person, *** the code and he assured me that I would receive the gift cardA lot happened during this visit which involved *** illegally breaching my privacy by running an unauthorized credit check despite the fact that I told him I WAS NOT INTERESTED in their product and that I DID NOT want to proceed with anything especially a credit inquiry as I knew I would not be purchasing or leasing anything from this terrible establishmentNeedless to say, I never received the gift card alth

My wife and I leased a "new" Subaru Forester from Bachman in At the end of the lease in we purchased the vehicle at the lease residual contract priceThis year we traded it in to *** Ford and leased an EscapeThe trade- in price was to be $10,At the last minute they announced that they had found via *** that the vehicle had been in an accident one month before we had leased it*** reduced the trade in amount by $1,because they said the accident would have to be revealed on resaleWe accepted the new traat $8,We would like to recover the $which we are out of pocketThe accident also shows up on ***Bachman have ignored a written request for payment

I have used Trinity Contractors, as General Contractor for home repairs, construction of a handicap ramp, their HVAC repair services and their plumbing and electrical divisions for my home in Trussville over the years. At no time have I had ano complaint as to their workmen, their service, their promptness or charges for services rendered. In addition I worked with a very large employer in downtown Birmingham while utilized their General Contractor services on multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects. To my knowledge they have never defaulted, overbilled, or had any minor or serious issues on any of the contracts or conduct of their employees or services. In addition they are a solid business citizen in the community of Trussville, AL
