My beautiful patio cover was put up in April and I have enjoyed my summer under the new cover Tear down of the old cover and construction of the new cover took about daysCleanup was OUTSTANDING! The staffsalesman [redacted] to the installers were at all times professional and courteous This was not the cheapest quote but I feel it is the best product offered in this area and a life-time guarantee this transferrable Looking forward to many seasons of no leaks!

Buschurs is the best With my new windows I can have my heat on instead of 78-and no more wind flowing through the sides of the windows Next came my sunroom I was laid up and on crutches and they worked me into their busy schedule to add my sunroom so that it would make my life easier to put my dogs in and out I also had them install HVAC in my sunroom and I have enjoyed it year round Sitting in my sunroom in the winter and watching the snow is actually a beautiful site plus I can stay warm

I have called them several times with my infoi keep being told that the account is closedand that the info is removed from my credit reporti was told weeks ago I would receive correspondence from them verifying this infohowever I have not received anything from the company
when I call I cannot be put thru to a supervisor, even thought I request one

I had Buschurs Home Improvement Center put siding on my house and the finished product was far beyond what I could have ever imagined! Everyone I worked with throughout the process was very knowledgeable and professional and made the whole process very easy I am MORE than satisfied with Buschurs and recommend their services to anyone looking to do exterior home improvements!!

I am rejecting this response because:  As of the date I submitted the June 1st letter, the Rainbow Awnings website had a blue and white Revdex.com A+ logo in a listing of other agencies' logos, with which it claimed affiliation.  That line up and  the Revdex.com logo is now gone from the website.Furthermore, despite the mention of an awarded judgement, Rainbow has yet, almost one year later, to refund the outstanding amount.  Being "awarded a judgement and being refunded are two entirely different matters!!!  How egregious.  It appears that the vlid complaints of a female senior citizen are being ignored  even  now.

We had a wonderful experience using Buschurs Home Improvement for our patio needs. They worked with my insurance company to be able to remove my damaged patio cover for a new cover. From the sales department to the installers everyone was extremely nice to work with, friendly and hard working. I would recommend Buschurs for any home improvement project anyone would be considering.
