I am not satisfied with this resolution because first of all, [redacted] actually didn't pave my driveway until 10-2-14 because of his own delays, secondly he came back 4 to 5 times because of his own defective work, he used patch asphalt instead of the original asphalt that I paid for, and [redacted] was notified about the additional problems that occurred with my driveway in July, way before his warranty ran out, yet he used the excuse that he would have to get another job in my area before he could repair it with the proper asphalt, which enabled him to drag this thing out pass the warranty period so he wouldn't have to spend a cent of his own money, and lastly his friend from [redacted] paving that came down to look at the job, evidently, completely ignored and overlooked the problems that I was trying to address.

Review: Hired Wells Paving to pave my driveway last summer, and within only a few weeks deep cracks developed along the sides in some areas of my driveway and some coin sized holes along some parts in the top. I immediately called [redacted] and notified him of this. He came over and patched these areas with some type of cold patch asphalt and I expressed my dissatisfaction with this product because it does not have the appearance or texture of real asphalt. A few months later more of these deep cracks developed along the driveway and the area at the road where he wrapped my drainage pipes with asphalt has collapsed because the asphalt is so thin there. There is even sand that continues to come through the asphalt on one side because it is improperly done and is very thin, unlike what we agreed to on our contract. I called [redacted] about this situation and requested that he bring me more of the original type asphalt, and that he does what it takes to complete the job properly because this is what I paid for and what I deserve, but [redacted] refuses to do this and, once again, brings out the same type cold patch asphalt and proceeded to put this stuff down while I was at work, and now the job looks worse than it did at first. Despite all of this, he still refuses to bring out the proper type asphalt and the equipment to fix what should have been done right from the start. I am very dissatisfied with [redacted] work and his attitude towards correcting this situation, and this is why I am making this complaint with the Revdex.com to seek resolution to this unfair treatment, and I would like to advise everyone out there to think twice before spending your hard-earned money and hiring [redacted] who, in my opinion, doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction or the quality of his work.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to properly repair my driveway by cutting out and re-paving the bad sections of asphalt, especially by the drainage pipes, and fixing it with the original type of asphalt, with the proper thickness that I paid for, and that we agreed upon, or refund me the amount that it will take to fix the job properly by a company who will do the job right.
