Review: Was told that my Curb would be fixed after paving was complete and it has not been completed......Like a fool I paid them for the job. [redacted] put in writing that this was part of the scope to be completed. Still has not been corrected and have been told three (3) times that it would be.....Day of the job was told they'd come back later, was told they'd come back this past Saturday, and they was told they'd come "first thing this morning". Still not completedDesired Settlement: I just want the job to be completed as promised......

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [email protected].

Thank you! It has been resolved.
Review: I contracted with Wells to totally rip out my driveway, re-grade the driveway and repave the driveway. This was not a small job or a small price tag. I met the workmen and the superintendent in the morning that they started the job. When I got home from work that day, the driveway was done. However, there was a two foot section of my aggregate sidewalk missing that had been paved with asphalt. The asphalt met the aggregate in a jagged line. It looked horrible. No one ever called to tell us that the workmen had broken the aggregate sidewalk and a portion of it needed to be replaced. They just paved over it and expected me to let it slide. In fact, I called the owner of the company, [redacted], and asked him to come look at it and he acted as if there was nothing wrong. I had to hire a concrete expert to rip out the two feet of asphalt and part of the aggregate sidewalk in order to replace what Wells had destroyed. In the meantime, Wells continued to ask for their money (calling once every day) even after I had told them they would not see a penny until the sidewalk was fixed. Although it is fixed now, the 2 pieces of aggregate do not match and I am not happy with the result. Not once during these daily phone calls has anyone from the company apologized for their mistake or even acknowledged their mistake and the fact that I was going through the hassle of having it fixed. I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone. The customer service I have witnessed is deplorable and unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I really think that I should be refunded a sum of money for the time and hassle I went through to get the aggregate sidewalk fixed. I had to meet with two concrete contractors at two separate times to get quotes and then to get the repair work done. I did not get the result that I was looking for when I hired Wells. My sidewalk will never look the same.
