Thank you so very much. Don't know if you or Revdex.com actually had contacted Wells Plumbing yet.... but [redacted] kept his word - he did show u both yesterday and again today. It was a very perplexing problem... but he did figure it out and everything...

works again!!! I believer there many have been a mis-communication somewhere on their end. [redacted] was most apologetic and asked me to call him regardless in a few days to let him know if the fix holds. I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused in writing up complaint and thank you for your replies.
Barring any unforeseen complications, I would at this point have to say I am more than satisfied and would rate Wells Plumbing a 5 out of 5.
