I believer there many have been a mis-communication somewhere on their end [redacted] was most apologetic and asked me to call him regardless in a few days to let him know if the fix holdsI apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused in writing up complaint and thank you for your replies Barring any unforeseen complications, I would at this point have to say I am more than satisfied and would rate Wells Plumbing a out of thank you again, sincerely, [redacted]
