[redacted] never contacted the management as she said shewouldWhen she talked to our employee of years she wasinstructed that Connie was not in on that Saturday but shecould call on Monday which she didn't do.There is no problem with dealing with usWe have been inbusiness for almost yearsThe problem was that the [redacted] has never spoken with [redacted] and herinvoice took a major computer search which we finally foundher invoice since she had given you the details that we didn'thaveWhen the employee tried to find [redacted] file she didn'thave the correct spelling of the last name or the ticket number Finally I the employees have now been directed to put thepersons name on the invoice without an address even if theydecline after they are informed that we honestly do not sell ourcustomers names and they won't be getting a lot of emails fromus.If we had the correct spelling of the name on the file it wouldhave popped right upWe have over names in that systemand it is always able to find the invoice with dates/ invoicenumber or names.I was not aware of this problem as it had not been passed on tome until now[redacted] needs to call and get an appointment with Bonnie orConnie W [redacted] and we will be happy to give her a new wigSheneeds to bring the damaged wig with her so we can have themanufacturer review the wig and it's damageShe has fullcredit on the computer and can use it for any wig she chooses ***please see attached***
