Just a heads up for potential landlords, these people DO NOT complete thorough background checks as stated on their websiteThe tenant they secured for us had a foreclosure, bankruptcy, unpaid rent for their previous rental, judgments for both husband and wife, arrest record, ect...BEWARE, when I spoke with the previous landlord, I was told Wells called but NEVER asked about paying rent on time or if the owed money, they owed over $5,in back rent!
