Dear Ms [redacted] , We regret to hear that you have not been completely satisfied with Wells Solar & Electrical Service regarding your solar project It appears that your main issues lie with the sales company, [redacted] as they are the ones who priced the system and handled your financing and payment Wells Solar has no contact with the financing company, did not submit payment requests to the finance company, nor had any part in communicating any of your information to the finance company Please continue to work with your sales person at [redacted] on these issues We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced, and will impress upon [redacted] the importance of getting your concerns addressed Additionally, for our part, we will submit the permit request immediately after we obtain your signature on the application (the app will not be accepted without the property owner's signature) As soon as the permit is issued, we will install your system with all expediency possible If you have any questions about your new solar system other than financing questions, please call us directly at [redacted]

Dear Ms*** - We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your solar system at this time. I hope that we can help to resolve your concerns. Wells Solar installed the system that you purchased from *** ***. Therefore, I can’t address what the
***person told you specifically. However, the system will produce energy during sunlight hours as long as the system is not shaded. The most energy will be produced during the hours when the sun is directly overheadThe affect of the 5-kW system’s electric generation on your electric bill is dependent on your electricity use and utility rates. In order to figure out what is happening, could you please provide us with copies of your electric bills since March. Dear Mr*** - *** does not work for Wells Solar, and Wells Solar did not sell you the system. *** works for the company that sold you the system Wells Solar, however, did install your solar system and we do guarantee our work. When you spoke with us on
Monday we immediately scheduled a tech to go to your home to check the system. We are so sorry that the tech failed to show up at the scheduled time, and further regret that the tech did not call you to let you know that he couldn’t make it. That is unacceptable on our part, and you all deserve better customer service than that We spoke with you on Friday evening and scheduled a new appointment for today (Monday, Aug14) at p.m. The tech will be at your home to examine and test the system. If there are any issues, he will try to fix them while he is on site. If additional follow up is needed, we will make it a priority so that you can rest assured your system is operating correctly

Dear Ms. [redacted]: We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced in trying to get the issue with your rebate resolved.   To be clear on two comments in your letter: [redacted] does not, and has never, worked for [redacted].  And we aren’t [redacted]...

[redacted].  We are the subcontractor that was hired to install your system, and submit the CPS rebate paperwork on your behalf - which we did.  However, CPS recently contacted us about an error in your paperwork which we addressed immediately.  You should be receiving your rebate in the next 30 days.   Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and the delay in you getting your CPS rebate.
