I called their complaint line and left my feelings of their greed, unjust, and corruption of a companyI got a call back from a lady at Wellspan and said she would look into it for me and then that lady from Dover Wellspan contacted me saying that there was nothing to be done about their so called serviceI never followed up with my primary physician because of the HORRIBLE service! This is sick and ignorant, I have to be in pain and go through this with my "doctors office"I have never filed a complaint with the Revdex.com before and am trying this route because I am being taken advantage of and am a nobody compared to big business health careThis world is sick of greed and this is so disturbing to being taken advantage of from a place that is supposed to help individuals in need Regards, [redacted] Jr

I contacted the doctors office to make an appointment with my primary doctor, the receptionist stated he was too busy and said that she could set me up with a doctor Brewer on 11-15-and so the appointment was madeI went in for my appointment and spoke of my health issues to doctor Brewer and after everything I said to him he stated, "this is really something you should see your primary physician for." The entire appointment was meaningless and did nothing for me but to tell me to see my primary physicianSo why in the world would anyone schedule an appointment for someone who is going to do nothing for them? Now I am stuck with an $bill for absolutely nothingI have not paid this bill nor will IThis is highway robbery, the thieves made this appointment with a doctor who did absolutely nothing and now want $88! This is unjust!

will assume that he is authorizing us to respond to his complaint.The complainant came into our office for an acute visit. He was scheduled with another provider due to his primary doctor having a full schedule that day. He was evaluated for his problem and given a recommended treatment plan, the patient was informed at that time to schedule an appointment with his Primary doctor for a long-term treatment plan. The patient did not have any Complaints at the time of the visit, and did not call in until he received a bill for the services provided. At that time he contacted the office stating he was not happy with the treatment plan given. It was discussed with him that we provided a service to him, a treatment plan was given he was just not happy with the plan that was chosen.
