There is no mold on the ceilingThere was after damage only because there was condensation from the hot steamy showersThe water droplets form because they never turn on the inner vent fanWe told them they need to use the inner vent fan or crack the door to keep the condensation from building up
in the bathroomWe did tell them we would come up and look at the issue since it was build up from not using the vent properlyWe went back up this past Monday 10-10-and we wiped the walls and painted the walls in the bathroom, and showed him how to properly use the ventWe asked about her daughter, and the wife said the daughter had not been sick, and this issue is resolved

washing machine and it was leaking water on the floor. We went and checked the situation out this weekend and we took care of the issue while we were there.

My Bathtub and shower continue to have plumbing and mold issues that are not being addressed by this company. The tub is full of rust,mold,and waste from other units backing into my unit. I call the office,and am told that they are sending someone out . No one ever comes. I will send pictures and documentation to the Revdex.com.
