This company charges extra without telling you why or warning you beforehand
I was referred hereI received a call offering me an appt and they said it would be $for both an xray and the appt as long as I paid cash up front (did NOT use word estimate or aboutShe was very confident about all of her statements)I received a call the day before telling me the xray machines were down, so I was to go next door for the xrayI had the xray and showed up for my apptThey asked for $cash which I gave them and received a receipt listing me at zero balanceI go through the appt and go homeNOBODY at any point indicated that there might be additional charges for anythingWeeks later I received a bill in the mail for $which says it's for the xrayI call asking what happened figuring it might have been a mistakeAfter several phone calls I'm told that the people who set up the appt apparently don't know exact prices (which is ridiculousIf so I should have been given as estimate range instead.) And that the doctor apparently just decided to charge me more without giving me so much as a warning or at least telling meThe bill seems to indicate that it's for the xray, so I'm not sure where the discrepancy is fromThe best I was offered was cutting the bill to $which is still a random bill tacked on because apparently they felt like it
