In Nov, 2019 we received a call from Vida Vacations(Vidante) in MX requesting to rent our timeshare. We agreed after a lot of consideration. Before they could book our timeshare, the usage fee had to be paid. They wanted 20 weeks, $72,000 which we paid. We negotiated a price including the $72,000 to be reimbursed after we pay MX taxes, US taxes, IRS taxes, Notary taxes, which amounted to around $161,00 (wire transfers). After all the taxes were paid we were told the money will be on the way soon. Wellsworth Federal was the escrow bank for holding the money. Well after calls, more calls, and final call, I wrote each a note, via email, and asked someone to get back to me. Waited and waited, no response. That was money from my retirement fund. I didn't know what else to do except our bank who did the wire transfers and I notified the FBI and now you. There were 4 people involved in this scam. People involved are:
