customers legal right to remove the tree. I am sorry that Ms. [redacted] perceived my tone as rude during our brief phone conversation a day or so after the tree was removed. It was not my intention. I simply tried to convey that I was uncomfortable discussing her contentions with our customer. I didn't feel it was appropriate for me to speak on our customers behalf, other than to say that the tree we removed was a high risk, and should be removed, so long as it was within our customer's legal right to remove the tree , which I understood it to be.
