On 02/14/I took my *** *** *** *** ** engine to "*** ***"my traverse was running bad, the engine was missingThe owner told me it had a number of things causing this problemHe said there was severe carbon build up on the intake valves, and catalytic converterHe ruined the catalytic converter when he claims he had to dig the carbon out of ithe claims he had to remove the intake assembly to clean off carbon on the intake valvesI had another mechanic look at my engine and he stated he could tell the intake assembly was never removedthe check engine light was "on" when I took it in for repairs and was still "on" when I leftOwner told I needed to run my vehicle for a bit to burn off the rest of the carbon they couldn't get outthe bill for this repair was $dollarsI went back to the the owner and told him the engine was not running any better then it was before he worked on itI asked him to either fix it or refund my moneyHe refused
