Dear Mr*** and the Revdex.com, Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] (General Manager at Weltman Home Services) had a discussion earlier this week and reviewed Mr [redacted] complaintIt was agreed upon by both parties during the call that we would refund Mr [redacted] $to his credit card on file This typically takes business days, no more than, from our business office A letter documenting the call and the refund was sent out in the mail yesterday 5/21/to Mr*** He should be receiving that in his mail no later than 5/24/The refund/credit to Mr [redacted] credit card on file will be credited by end of day 5/22/if not sooner [redacted] has addressed the pricing/estimate issue directly with the technician who was on the call It is our protocol and practice to submit estimates and receive customer approval at the inception of every job performed
