May Concern; I spoke with Mr [redacted] reguarding this issue to inform him everything was corrected and the title was here in [redacted]'s name ready for pick up. The title was placed in her name on June 30, 2017. I appoligized to him for the error on the last name. I have had to go to the eye doctor to get new glasses and they wont be ready until this coming Friday.
