Per the attached document, the customer requested a service? While the technician was performing the service, the customer opted for a different type of action? Due to the change in plans, different parts were required? Also, since this was a non-standard repair/install, the
technician contacted the manufacturer to get correct install procedures? As far as the returned parts, only a portion of the kit was "returned"? Credit can't be given for a partial kit
