As Per our previous conversation on December 12, 2015, you and I discussed this case # [redacted]. We both agreed that it was already resolved. I have made several attempts to contact Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] to my surprise no response has come back....
I am willing to make necessary repair myself. I am not willing to return any monies as I do not have any additional funds available
