Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I just checked my phoneI have not received an offer from MrP [redacted] to pick up my truck and keysWendle's response to my complaint continues to treat me as if I don't matter or don't exist, and as if my time doesn't matterWendle's response completely ignores the fact that it has missed two occasions/appointments in which it promised to have my key readyIt has not apologized for missing those promisesAdditionally, MrP [redacted] has treated me in the same way by failing to reply to my messages to himSome examples are listed in my original complaint, but the treatment continued into our recent exchange of messagesE.g., when I wrote that I couldn't make an appointment until he answered "So will you reimburse me for my time and mileage?" He responded, "What is a good time to make your appointment?" I didn't even get the courtesy of a "no"So far I have not received any apologyThis is a breach of contract since this is a failure to perform on timeI admit that this is a minor breach, but a breach nonetheless, and there are damages (again, I admit minor) of lost time and mileage which Wendle should coverBut Wendle has offered me nothing.I have a counter proposal: MrP [redacted] should contact me and arrange to transport my truck and keysWendle Motors should make a donation of $to my bicycle racing team (a non-profit), and I will not ask for reimbursement for this[redacted] Voice: [redacted] Email: info@ [redacted] .org Sincerely, [redacted]
