their service When they came to check for thr leak and I got a fill up instead ($274) that was enough for meThey do not listenI never lost my cool with themI hope that is not what it takes now to get what you want from a companyI truly feel that I gave them more than enough patients and attempts to address my issuesThis last fill up I did not want, request, or hint that I may need it I was very clear that I just wanted the leak checked because I felt that was a safety issueRegards, *** *** Sorry if this is sloppyI'm typing it on a phone
Please know that everyone here at Wendt's Propane & Oil takes any complaint very seriously In my X years as General Manager, I believe this is our second complaint from the Revdex.com and in that first situation we agreed to a small refund due to a potential miscommunicationIn the case of Mr***, we feel very strongly about our positionBelow you will find several pieces of information that we feel refute much of Mr***'s position 1.) Mr*** received three deliveries of propane and three deliveries of Oil during the 2013/Winter season which is about average usageTwice when we delivered propane Mr*** was completely out and on the three occasions we delivered Oil the customer was never out 2.) Mr*** was also on Automatic delivery during this period as well 3.) Even with a HEAP grant of $600, we waited for payment from the last delivery of that season (5/5/14) until1/16/to get paidWhen our Credit Manager called, Mr*** on 7/22/he was told a check would be in the mail"soon".4.) The propane delivery Mr*** refuses to pay for occurred on 2/4/and was at his request because he was completely out and it was the middle of winterThere was a finaldelivery of gallons that was delivered inadvertently in April for a grand total of $ We would be happy to refund that amount as we were at fault for sending out the delivery 5.) The propane odor Mr*** complained of was nothing more than the slight odor you may detect when your tank is completely empty and out of propaneThere was no leak 6.) Lastly, Mr***'s had two deliveries during 2014-season and we had to wait X months for those payments as wellThe amount Mr*** references in his last paragraph of the complaint of $was for both deliveries of propane during the 14/season Thank you and we eagerly await your reply Jack C***Wendt's Propane & Oil
