DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Took nearly a week to get an adjuster to look at my car and still have not approved repairs after TWO different adjusters looking at the carNow they are holding off as they look for a used turbo which the specifically stated they would never put a used turbo in a car but yet I am now stuck without my car for at least another week as they scour the web for some dirt cheap, worn out pieceShady, greasy company that will take your money and screw you from there
A horrible company with horrible practicesIt is going on a month now and they still have not paid out on our GAP claim yetWe have sent the document times now and no updates AND we were told that it would be another business days because the time re-starts every time the receive a new documentAvoid this company at all costsGo with your own insurance company for GAP
