After review of our student files we are not able to locate the complainants account with the information they have provided. There are several students with this name on file...
none of them are currently enrolled in courses, which based on the complaint and desired outcome would be a necessity for their to be a need for textbooks. If the complainant can respond with more detailed information regarding which course(s) they are encountering issues as well as their student ID we will be glad to further review their complaint and respond accordingly.
