We have been satisfied customers for over years, first in Folsom, and currently Lincoln Our technician always asks if there are any problems, and never have we had any He is a compliment to the company Thank you Wesley for an outstanding job each time you service us
We began their 1x service in January and continued every other month We were told we could quit the service anytimeWe told them that as soon as we got tenants into the duplex we would need to quitOur tenants do not want inside nor outside sprayingA technician said we could quit at any timeWe cancelled their service on 12/19/
Today, the company (***) tells me that we cannot quit because we agreed to a full year of serviceI told *** that I disagree and to show me the contract where I signed for what he is telling meI haven't received anything so farI told told him we were told we could quit at any time whether it be 1, 2, or months later I told him I will never do service with them again because they are liars
Please help me stop them from bullying me and forcing me to pay for a service which we can no longer have
We signed a year contract with Pest Control Center Inc.in May to control pest in our homeThey charged the initial payment of $twice because they couldn't find proof of payment We provided proof of credit card payment and we were finally credited both $paymentsWe have not had any decrease in pestWe continued to pay on timeI have called to ask for the additional treatments to bring pest under controlmonths of pest treatments and we still have a major bug issueI have called the office to discuss treatment options and they have been rudeI made my payment yesterday and again told them bugs have continued to be a problemWe made arrangements for them to spay todayThe regular Technion came out with someone claiming to be upper management with himI tried to talk about different options we could try but right away the man whom said he was from the office started being rude and argue He refused to spray and he told me never to call his business againI said
