I have been in business years with thousands of satisfied customers, I ll point out again we were delayed twice by indecision in the plan per customer, also there was weather delaysWe were always and still are willing to serve Mr.***
In construction there are delays beyond our control, we don't intend to NOT refund customer but I deposited the down payment into my business account which therefore is taxable, also I purchased forms to do his job, 2x4s, lap siding to do radiuses , trip charges, So in fairness I should be paid these expenses
I feel we need to meet in person to discuss expenses and disperse a partial refund to remedy this issue
Also it took over a week to get called back from the Revdex.com, someone there called finally in Friday Jan 16, I have responded with this final response in good faith to resolve any issues fairly
