I am rejecting this response because:
I was never asked for and identification so that is a lieAlso if they own both business why does the gift card say the name of the other businesses name on it and why would they not take it? The people wanted to hear nothing I had to sayThis was not my faltI went to the name of the business named on the cardI did not read it wrongThey have an incorrect name on there gift card.
As to my yelp reviews yelp is there to tell your personal experience with a business I did that it was not at all maliciousJust my own personal experience
Company states that the consumer went to the wrong businessThere are numerous businesses in Chico with the name China MessageWhen consumer buy gift cards they come with a business card, the gift card, ribbon, all wrapped in a take out boxThe reason there is a business card is so that our customers know where to go and callThe consumer did not bother to read the business card until after the factIn her own admittion she states that she called us after the factWe offered her a hour and a half massage for her troubles but all she wants is the money backBecause she did not pay for the card we cannot give her the money back but we will give the original purchaser their money back
